By using ChefCart, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Your account
You're responsible for your account credentials and any activity under your account. Keep your password safe. You must be 13 or older to use ChefCart.
Acceptable use
Don't use ChefCart to break the law, infringe rights, send spam, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with anyone else's use. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.
Your content
You own the recipes, lists, and notes you create. You give us a limited license to host and process them so we can run the app for you. We don't claim ownership.
Subscriptions
ChefCart Pro is billed monthly or annually through your platform's app store. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current period. Free trials convert unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when possible.
Disclaimers
ChefCart is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee a particular result — including but not limited to dinner success. Use recipes at your own risk and check for allergens.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
